    Yoga for everyone

    Beginners Yoga

    Beginner's yoga is a type of yoga designed for people who are new to yoga or who have some experience but may need a refresher. Beginner's yoga classes often focus on basic postures and breathing techniques, and are often slower-paced than more advanced classes. The goal of beginner's yoga is to introduce participants to the practice in a safe and comfortable way.

    Kids Yoga

    Yoga is a great way to encourage kids to be physically active and learn to focus. Kids yoga classes are designed to use poses to help children improve their balance, flexibility, and strength, while also teaching them how to relax and focus.     Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga

    Prenatal and postnatal yoga classes are designed to help women prepare for pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. The classes focus on providing a safe and nurturing environment for pregnant and postpartum women to practice yoga. Through the use of postures, breath work, and meditation, these classes can help to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and endurance for labor, increase energy, and promote relaxation and stress management during the transition to motherhood.
